I love the clever way Kerfe makes a portal out of moonlight and shape-shifting! A portal generally opens onto a new landscape and I really enjoyed the way the moon “uncolors” the landscape in this haiku.
This haiku is part of our PORTAL theme!
I like the idea of “uncoloring.” Never woulda thought of that!
Thanks Jan!
Thanks Freya!

I love this, Kerfe! It’s beautiful and vivid. I really like “shapeshifting moonlight.”
Thanks Merril. The moon is definitely involved in shapeshifting!
