I loved the way Jessyca marries the fallen leaves of autumn with dead corpses of soldiers beneath her feet.

fallen hair gathers

this mirror I stare into

I chose this haiku because although I didn’t lose my hair, my face changed during chemo and I didn’t recognise myself for months…
